You can’t tell the difference between the brain waves of when you’re dreaming & when you’re awake. The only way you can tell the difference is that you are paralyzed/your body cannot move while you are dreaming.

When I learned this, it made me think of how we are unaware we are dreaming unless we experience a lucid dream where we realize we’re dreaming and can do, be, and have anything we would like.

So what if the waking state is the same? & when you realize that you have the power to control your own reality, you are finally, truly awake?
